| Verbattle 2010 is a mega event where the two most important competitive events of Verbattle for students in age group of 12 to 24 year are held. Verbattle Junior and Verbattle Senior will be conducted simultaneously as the biggest debating tournaments in Karnataka. Verbattle Beginner for primary school students will be conducted this year in November.. Verbattle promises to be a great experience as the celebration of knowledge and democracy. |

The member would become- |
- More aware of practical issues and problems concerning the society, the community he lives in and the systems in the country.
- More comfortable with his friends, companions, family, surrounding environment, governmental systems, school, teachers, media, information and society in general.
- More adept in handling emotions, internal and external conflicts and ideological friction
- More friendly, adaptable, understanding and practical

Membership process
- Verbattle Club executives contact schools
- Consent from head of school for starting the Club
- Selection of the mentor
- Interaction with interested students
- Students apply
- Application forms scrutinized and membership offered
- Members take oath in a ceremony and become part of the club
- Activities begin

General notes
- Certificate will be issued to members on successful completion of a term
- 5 teams from each school will be selected through a selection process to participate free of cost in Verbattle Junior 2008
- Participation in all club events will be free of cost including training programmes and contests.
- General club material will be provided free of cost but any additional resource material though produced by the club and not part of the general resource material will be available at a cost
- All the procedures and selections and conduct will be based on pre ordained processes and the same will be decided and amended by Verbattle Club Central from time to time and club units and members shall abide by the same
- Most information and interaction between mentors and club central, and mentors and Club Central will be through the web portal and emails and most correspondence will be via emails.
- The best club activity will be telecast primetime on Udaya news channel
- Members form each school unit should not exceed 100
- Membership for the current term, for the period of one year is valid from 1st October, 2007 to 30th September, 2008
